Ikenaga Yasunari.
Ikenaga Yasunari creates his paintings of women who are dressed in, and seemingly floating in, patterned floral arrangements by painting onto linen cloth with a Menso brush, a method that gives a sense of time and fading to the work.  This idea of fading is purposefully used as Yasunari wishes to bring about dealing with the loss of beauty and giving praise to Japans artistic history.
