Photography has never been a method of documentation for me, but a reflection of raw feelings and sensations born out of my experiences. This is why I only trust my libido—instead of “thinking” about photography, which is something I completely gave up some time ago. I don’t analyze the situation; I capture the moment.

Hi all,
My good friend, Mark Beemer is in the midst of raising funds to re-release his book of punk rock photography called “Stealing Time”. He needs our help, as he’s about $4,500 short of his goal with 12 days remaining in the fundraising process. Proceeds from sales of the book will benefit SSE, a charity that Thrice has supported since the release of The Artist In The Ambulance in 2003.
Mark has started an IndieGoGo campaign to raise funds that includes some awesome perks for donations from anywhere from $5 to $50,000.
I know times are a bit lean for a lot of us, but if you can spare some money to help a great cause and support the philanthropic efforts of a great person, it’d be outstanding.
Thanks,
-Riley
I have a copy of the original pressing and it’s rad. I’d love to see 10 more years of Mark’s photography so check the link and fund if you feel so inclined! Also, as mentioned above, proceeds from this drive will benefit SSE, which knowing Mark personally for over 10 years and having worked closely with SSE, is cause enough for me to fund.
P.S. what was I so angry about?
P.P.S. I miss that guitar. Poop on whoever stole it.
Excited about this one. Been quietly prototyping the crap out of this. Finally set on the design. 100% top quality US leather - no plastic inserts, no elastic. For iPhone 4 and 5. Hope to have it available soon!
